Checking Your Order Status 

To check the shipping status of your order:

  1. Sign in to your account on MelageBeauty.com 
     
  2. Go to your profile and select My Orders
     
  3. Find your order on the My Orders page.
     
  4. You will see Status: 
  • Not Shipped - The shop owner has not shipped the order yet. You can contact the shop owner to check on the order status. 
     
  • Shipped – The shop owner has marked the order as shipped. If the vendor has added tracking information, you can track your shipping on the My Orders page.  
     
  • In Transit -  You order is on the way!  

 

Tracking Your Order 

To track your order: 

  1.  Sign in to your account on MelageBeauty.com  

  2. Select My Orders 

  3. Find your order on the My Orders page.  

  4. Under Action, you will see a Tracking Details link.  If the vendor added tracking information, you can check when your order should arrive. 

  5. Select Message Vendor to contact the vendor directly.

Shipping to Gift Recipient 

  • If you'd like your item shipped directly to the gift recipient, you can enter the recipient's mailing address during checkout. Be sure to select "This order is a gift" at checkout and let the shop owner know your order is a gift being sent directly to the gift recipient. 

 

Changing your shipping address 

  • If you need to update the shipping address after you have placed your order, please contact the vendor you purchased your order from. Each vendor manages their own orders and can help with shipping updates, cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Canceling or Updating Your Order 

  • Once your order is placed, you will not be able to cancel or update your order.
